Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver to work with Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK in Derby. The role involves moving goods within the warehouse and handling waste disposal to maintain a clean, safe site.

Shift patterns include rotating 06:00-14:18 and 15:18-23:18; you must hold a valid Counterbalance licence and have previous forklift experience, plus good English communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Licence.
• Previous Counterbalance Forklift driving experience.
• Manual Handling experience and physical capability.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and site procedures.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with the ability to work independently.
• Own reliable transport due to the site location.
• Comfortably working on a non-smoking site.
