Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a temporary role in Coventry (CV2). The position combines warehouse tasks with outdoor yard duties and offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, move stock around the site, and support general warehouse operations. A valid certificate and at least 1 year of experience are required; starting ASAP with Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience.
• Valid in-date counterbalance forklift certificates.
• Experience working in a warehouse or yard environment is beneficial.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in CV2, Coventry. The Role

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Moving, loading and unloading stock and materials around the site.
• Supporting general warehouse and yard duties as required.
• Working across both indoor and outdoor areas, so you must be comfortable working outside in different weather conditions.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year's counterbalance forklift experience.
• Valid, in-date counterbalance forklift certificates.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or yard environment would be beneficial.
• Comfortable with a hands-on role involving both forklift driving and general duties.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
