Benefit is growing, and we are looking for a fearless full-time Counter Manager who is passionate about making real connections in Fosse Park.

Responsibilities

The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store, leading by example, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service and shopping experiences.

Key Duties:

• Management: Motivate staff, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and maintain high customer service standards.
• Sales Goals: Achieve counter and service sales targets through customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
• Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided.
• Teamwork: Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to motivate the team.
• Promotion & Events: Create in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Stock Management: Keep the counter stocked and report concerns promptly.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
• Administration: Complete all administrative tasks and assist with area manager duties as needed.
• Staff Rota: Prepare fair staff rotas monthly.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic.

Qualifications
