We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  2. Providing coaching and development to team members
  3. Executing business plans to attract and retain customers
  4. Organizing impactful in-store events and managing customer relationships
