Benefit is growing, and we're looking for a fearless Full-time Counter Manager to join our upcoming counter at Sephora Manchester Arndale!

Role Overview

The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives, leading the team by example, maximizing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management: Motivating and delegating to Brow and Beauty Experts, ensuring sales targets and high service standards are met.
  2. Sales Goals: Achieving sales targets through customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  3. Brow Services: Performing waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings (training provided).
  4. Teamwork: Conducting daily meetings, communicating effectively, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team.
  5. Promotion & Events: Creating in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
  6. Stock & Hygiene: Maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  7. Communication & Administration: Facilitating communication between store and area managers, managing administrative tasks, and staff rotas.
Qualifications

Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
