This is a Full-time fixed term maternity cover Counter Manager position.

Responsibilities

The Counter Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise all sales opportunities and ensure that the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience possible.

Duties for a Counter Manager Include

1. Management – Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained.
2. Sales Goals – Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
3. Brow services – Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. (Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert!)
4. Teamwork – Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognition to keep the team motivated and focused on targets.
5. Promotion and Special Events – Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
6. Stock – Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
7. Communication – Maintaining open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
8. Administration – Completing required administrative tasks daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
9. Staff Rotas – Preparing fair and timely staff schedules.
10. Hygiene and Housekeeping – Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic.

Qualifications: Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
