Job summary

NSFT is seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to join its psychology team on a 3-year fixed term contract. The post works across Norfolk’s Change Grow Live drug and alcohol service, bridging Mental Health and Addiction services to support people with co-occurring conditions and reduce stigma.

You will deliver specialist assessment, formulation and intervention, contribute to training and service development, and travel across Norfolk to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with NHS experience.
• Experience with adults who have complex mental health and substance use needs.
• Skilled in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
• Experience in staff training and service development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for people with CoSUM.
• Provide specialist consultation on mental health needs of CoSUM service users to staff across services.
• Support referral pathways and access to mental health services.
• Facilitate joint case management and integrated care planning.
• Contribute to service development, audit, evaluation and workforce training.
• Travel across Norfolk to meet service requirements.
