The Role

An opportunity has become available to join a prestigious Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm, well-regarded for its expert legal services to both corporate and individual clients. As part of its continued growth and expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced Costs Negotiator to join its team of specialists, with a particular focus on Fixed Recoverable Costs.

In this position, you will take full responsibility for your own caseload, overseeing the entire costs negotiation process. You'll collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to support the effective handling and resolution of matters.

Key duties will include preparing detailed points of dispute, negotiating settlements with opposing parties, and conducting thorough case file reviews to ensure all costs are accurately assessed and appropriately justified.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Costs Negotiator to make a significant impact within a top-tier law firm and contribute to its ongoing success and development.

  • Proven experience in a Costs Negotiator role, confidently managing a caseload
