A leading firm in Manchester is seeking a Costs Lawyer or seasoned costs professional to join their expanding Costs team. This role offers a dynamic work environment, dealing with a variety of cases from sensitive personal injury to complex commercial litigation, all within a supportive framework aimed at professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Costs Lawyer or unqualified costs professional.
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Advocacy experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on a full range of costs work including lower value and high-value cases.
• Engage in catastrophic PI & Clinical Negligence cases.
• Participate in Commercial Litigation and Court of Protection cases.

Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsperson – Manchester | Up to £45K DOE | Hybrid

A leading national firm in Manchester is expanding its Costs team and is keen to speak with both qualified Costs Lawyers and experienced unqualified costs professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a full range of costs work from lower value cases to high-value, complex costs work across:

• Catastrophic PI & Clinical Negligence as well as general casualty work
• Commercial Litigation
• Court of Protection

Negotiation skills and fixed costs experience valued as well as complex costs experience.

Advocacy experience? Great, but not essential!
