Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Addenbrookes Hospital is seeking an energetic Costa Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Costa store in a high-footfall setting.

You will motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding service, manage stock and costs, and act as on-site decision-maker while upholding food safety and health-and-safety standards.

This role offers a 40-hour week, maternity cover until 1 November 2027, and a competitive salary of £45,000 per year with staff perks.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Addenbrookes Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well-known brand in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store's overall performance.

What you'll be doing
