Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager for a Costa-branded site on a full-time basis. You will oversee kitchen and service operations, ensuring high standards of food and service while supporting a national brand in a major High Street location.

You will lead from the front, manage inventories and budgets, handle tills and payments, and train team members to excel. The role offers career progression within a market-leading catering group.

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
