Compass Group UK is seeking a Costa Store Manager for Addenbrookes Hospital to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and manage a busy Costa store in a high-footfall hospital setting. You will be responsible for supervising a frontline team, ensuring smooth service during peak times, maintaining stock integrity, and upholding food safety standards.

Costa Store Manager - Addenbrookes Hospital

Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)

Fixed term contract (maternity cover) until 1st November 2027

Lead a Busy Costa Store in a Dynamic Hospital Environment

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Addenbrookes Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well-known brand in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting where no two days are the same.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store’s overall performance.
