About the role...

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll be the face of Costa Coffee, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior experience is desirable but not essential; we will provide excellent on-the-job training covering customer service, operational standards, and health and safety procedures.

Your daily tasks will include making Costa Coffee, perfecting your craft through training, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Additionally, you will:

• Craft great coffee with passion and energy
• Serve customers with a smile and create memorable moments
• Be knowledgeable about all Costa products to advise customers
• Lead your team to meet brand standards
• Maintain health & safety and cleanliness standards
• Replenish stock and assist with deliveries
• Support your Store Manager
• Most importantly, have fun and support your team to do the same
