Scoffs Group is hiring a Costa Coffee Barista in our store in Chichester. This part-time role covers 15 hours per week and focuses on crafting drinks, offering friendly service, and building familiarity with our menu. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You’ll join a supportive team, learn on the job, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with opportunities to develop skills and grow within the franchise.

Job description

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista - 15hrs per week

As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count - preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

You don't need experience to be a brilliant Barista - just the right attitude and energy. We'll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:
