Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd, creators of the UK\'s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is seeking a Brisbane-style Costa Coffee Barista for a 4-hour per week contract. You will craft Costa drinks with care, deliver friendly service and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Training provided, supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the brand.

No prior experience required; a positive attitude and energy are all you need to start and thrive on this fun, fast-paced team.

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista - 4hr per week contract

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need experience to be a brilliant Barista — just the right attitude and energy. We’ll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.
