Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK's largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring a part-time Costa Coffee Barista (5 hours a week). You’ll craft drinks with care, deliver warm service and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you. You’ll learn the Costa menu, engage customers, work with the team during busy shifts, and enjoy perks such as staff discounts and progression opportunities.

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista - 5hrs a week contract As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count - preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

You don't need experience to be a brilliant Barista - just the right attitude and energy. We'll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.
