We're seeking a motivated Cost Planner to join our team, focusing on developing robust and timely cost estimates at early project stages (RIBA stages 1-3). You'll apply historical data, engage with stakeholders, and use digital tools to ensure cost certainty, competitiveness, and value for money.
You will contribute to continuous improvement in cost planning processes. This will involve supporting the wider preconstruction and delivery teams to produce accurate, data-driven cost plans that enhance early-stage cost certainty.
You will likely come from a cost planning, estimating, cost consultant, cost analyst background.
This is a hybrid role with an office base in central London (Old Bailey) – with easy access to multiple stations.
