Are you a talented and ambitious Cost Manager based in the Southwest and South coast of England looking to work on exciting infrastructure projects that can change the world?

We are looking for experienced Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers to support our growth, working with key infrastructure clients in the water and environment sectors, supporting their capital projects and programs. Join an established team passionate about innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, risk management, dispute resolution, and final accounts.
• Maintain high standards of professional competence, demonstrating this in dealings with clients and contacts to reinforce the company's profile.
• Drive performance standards and technical excellence through effective communication and use of performance management processes.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, enhancing the firm's reputation as a provider of quality services.
• Support internal teams and mentor junior staff on complex projects.
• Identify marketing opportunities and assist in business development efforts.

Skills/experience required:

• Significant experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying, preferably on large infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of NEC4 contracts, especially PSC and ECC.
• Experience working within collaborative, multi-organization teams.
• Experience working directly with clients or through secondments is beneficial.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and develop effective relationships.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS accreditation or working towards it.
