Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required or equivalent.
• MRICS membership or in progress is preferred.
• UK cost management experience within Real Estate/Property essential.
• Experience on large projects is required.
• Experience on new builds and fit-out projects is desirable.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies and procurement reporting.
• Estimate, plan, and present cost plans.
• Manage tendering, pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, analyses and reports.
• Handle post-contract cost variances and change control.
• Perform cost checks and valuations; ensure accuracy.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Contribute to value engineering and bid documentation.
• Negotiate final accounts and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Lead the cost management team and drive accountability.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Improve cost management templates and processes.
