Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Health, Science & Education team in London, supporting a high-profile healthcare and education project within our Real Estate business.

Experience in cost management from feasibility through handover, with knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, two-stage tendering, and procurement, is essential. MRICS qualification is preferred; degree in construction or QS-related field is desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare and/or education sectors.
• Experience with pre-contract to handover lifecycle cost management.
• Experience administering JCT and NEC contracts.
• Experience with procurement, tendering and contract preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end cost management services on projects.
• Support client objectives through effective cost control.
• Lead monthly cost reporting and cost forecasts.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Administer contracts and support final accounts.
