As a Project Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on… a wide variety of commercial build, residential, and mixed-use developments ranging from £5m to £500m. You will act as the sole contact for clients and support the existing team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Cost Planning: preparation of indicative cost budgets and appraisals, elemental cost plans in accordance with NRM, providing advice on development plans, and value engineering studies.
  • Procurement: advising on procurement strategy, assembling tender lists, preparing tender documents, managing tender processes, and evaluating tenders.
  • Post Contract Quantity Surveying: verifying applications for interim payments, preparing certificates, managing change control, producing cost reports, supporting dispute resolution, and developing commercial strategies.
