Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Cost Controller to support the Head of Cost and Estimating at both programme and contract levels. You will help manage budgets, track actual costs, forecasts and Earned Value Management to enable on-schedule delivery of the HS2 project.

The role requires attendance in the London office and engagement with delivery teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and effective control of project finances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and verification of contract level cost performance.
• Own monthly cost reporting and cost variance analyses.
• Validate cost performance data from delivery teams.
• Develop contract level performance reports including EVM and EAC.
• Align cost processes with current governance and delivery objectives.
• Provide technical cost performance support to project controls managers.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Cost Performance function.
