Job summary

Job description

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: 2 days home working, 3 days in the office in Birmingham (would consider London but Birmingham ideal)

Contracting Authority: Government Client

Contract Length: PERM ROLE

Clearance: BPSS

Must Have:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a relevant field
• Proven experience working on multi-million-pound programmes
• Demonstrable expertise in cost management processes. Experience with Prism / Contruent is highly desirable; however, candidates with experience using similar cost management systems will also be considered.
• Baseline management: Strong background in baseline monitoring.
• Experience in project forecasting
• Budget management experience
• Knowledge and experience of value management
• Understanding of inflation impacts and EOC (Estimate at Completion)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Rail/Construction background.
