Job summary

JLL in Manchester is recruiting to establish and develop a Cost Management team within the Project & Development Services. You will join an eight-strong local team supported by the London-based cost management network, and you will lead on client projects across sectors.

The ideal candidate has post-qualification experience, MRICS preferred, and a track record of delivering high-quality cost plans, feasibility studies, and procurement advice.

Qualifications

• Post-qualified experience in cost management across multiple sectors.
• MRICS is preferred but not mandatory for the right person.
• Experience managing client projects and advising multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide QS presence and lead a small team in Manchester.
• Undertake feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans.
• Understand and communicate risks in design proposals.
• Deliver post-contract duties including payment, cost reporting and contract administration.
• Work with clients, design teams and contractors to optimise solutions.
• Lead business development and client relationships.
