Job summary

You will verify payments, develop cost management systems, and prepare reports on project performance. Strong numeracy, budget management understanding, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant Construction related subject.
• 2 years’ experience in a construction contract environment.
• Experience of using MS Office 365 including Word and Excel.
• Understanding of budget control and management of budgets.
• Understanding of building and civil construction technology.

Responsibilities

• Verify and certify payment of suppliers ensuring correct payments.
• Develop procedures and systems for project cost management.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on cost position.
• Assist in developing NEC4 contract documents.
• Review contract documents and advise project managers.
