Lionweld Kennedy Flooring Ltd, part of Hill and Smith Holdings Plc, is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage the financial health of production activities. You will calculate product costs, control inventory, analyze material waste and investigate variances to improve profitability.
Responsibilities include standard costing, variance analysis for manufacturing and overheads, inventory management, BOM maintenance, and preparation of cost reports for monthly accounts within the group timetable.

Responsible for the financial health of production activities of Lionweld Kennedy. They calculate product costs, control inventory, analyse material waste, and investigate cost variances(both production, and overheads). Bridging the gap between the finance department and the factory floor, they turn operational data into actionable strategies that improve profitability.
Position:Full Time with an immediate start
Hours of work:Mon- Thursday 9.00am -17.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 2.00pm
Holidays: Full time –25 days per year (Holiday year Jan – Dec) + 8 Bank holidays, Pro rata for part time.
Life Insurance:3 times basic salary whilst in employment
Pension Scheme:Automatic enrolment if meet criteria, 5% Employee, 3% Employer. After 1 year in April – Age related up to max 6.5%.
