About the job.
We're looking for a Cost Intelligence Manager to join our Business Services Directorate, to provide advice and support to the business on commercial issues to enhance National Highways capability as an informed and intelligent commercial client.
You'll provide support in evaluating and reporting the cost base, cost drivers and efficiency delivery across capital and revenue programmes and will interpret cost data and supporting the creation of information and intelligence and recommending how the use of cost intelligence can improve performance and investment decisions.
The role will be worked on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 40% of the working week in the office.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
