Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Cost Data Analyst to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on cost data collection, validation, and analysis, with regular reporting and dashboard development to support project performance.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in engineering, finance, construction, or related field.
Strong numerical and data-handling skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Curious and adaptable approach.
Enthusiasm for learning new systems and techniques.

Responsibilities

Support the collection, validation, and analysis of project cost data.
Assist with maintaining cost logs, change registers, accruals, and budget updates.
Contribute to producing cost reports, dashboards, and monthly performance reporting.
Develop expertise in cost engineering tools, systems, and project controls processes.
Report to a Cost Manager or Project Controls Manager.
Partner across projects and functions to support informed decision-making and programme performance.
