Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with cost data maintenance and loading processes.
• Experience with Wesco Anixter or equivalent distribution experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with management and peers.
• Proficient in data governance and cost file accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is preferred.
• Negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost data files and standard cost governance.
• Load cost files from direct and third-party data sources.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts, suppliers and category management during annual price increase process.
• Resolve department mailbox requests in a timely manner.
• Mentor associate analysts on cost file management and data integrity.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity in cost data files.
• Develop process improvements with Senior Analysts to increase efficiency.
