5. Ensure the project costs are managed with global standard tools and processes
6. Ensure budgeted values are aligned with historical performance
7. Review project schedule and progress to identify cost risks and opportunities
8. Review project scope evolution to identify cost risk and opportunities
9. Review functional execution and events to identify cost risks and opportunities
10. Provide cost analytics using project information and analyzing cost and productivity trends
11. Own and drive the Budget Deviation Process with tools
12. Drive a regular cost operating rhythm to discuss risks and opportunities
13. Develop cost forecasts based on functional input and analytics, challenging functional estimates where needed
14. Check and control cost movements, compare with current scope and progress as well as with previous forecast
15. Compare with productivity factors and validate the accuracy of estimates
16. Communicate cost status, forecasts, and risks to functional cost owners and support risk mitigation
17. Present all financial data transparently, attending project and management reviews to present cost status and actions
18. Align with Finance Controller to ensure reconciliation between approved project financial data and books
19. Provide time-based cost forecasts to support revenue recognition
20. Analyze all risks and opportunities, communicate priorities and potential impacts clearly
21. Support change order analysis
22. Support claim preparations
