Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery, coordination and maturation of the Cost Assurance Strategy. You will govern strategic initiatives, enable organisational learning, and drive improvements across the Cost Assurance System.

You will own the Cost Assurance programme, develop integrated delivery plans, manage risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders while coordinating multiple workstreams across the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and measurement of Cost Assurance capability and maturity.
• Own and manage the Cost Assurance programme of activity including planning, scheduling, tracking and RAID management.
• Monitor and report outcomes and benefits, demonstrating improvements in cost confidence and governance.
• Develop integrated delivery plans aligning Cost Assurance with objectives.
• Lead governance activities with monitoring of progress, risks and actions across workstreams.
• Produce regular programme reporting for senior stakeholders.
