Job summary

Potter and Moore Plc is seeking a skilled Process Operator to join the team in Peterborough. You will produce goods using mixing vessels, follow batch sheets, and operate equipment according to SOPs to drive productivity while upholding quality standards.

The role requires experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals or blending/compounding, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Blending or compounding experience in cosmetic or personal care settings.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well with others and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fill out necessary paperwork and batch records to a high standard of accuracy.
• Ensure output targets are met and stock levels are monitored and corrected as required.
• Maintain mixing equipment and product quality within SOPs and customer expectations.
• Follow detailed mixing instructions, monitor equipment, temperature and sampling times.
• Follow all GMP requirements and report any issues impacting safety or quality.
