Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Good reading, writing and basic numeracy skills.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production procedures.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations.
• Follow all health, safety and company procedures.
