Charles Hurst NI Carsmetic in Belfast is recruiting an experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural) to join our expanding bodyshop. You will carry out cosmetic repairs and refinishing to high standards, delivering a seamless repair journey for customers.

The role requires previous paint repair and non-structural panel experience, a full driving licence, and a strong focus on quality and customer experience within a main dealer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint repair and non-structural panel work.
• Full driving licence with a good driving record required.
• Team player with a strong attention to detail and commitment to customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out non-structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage
• Complete paint preparation and refinishing to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards
• Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components
• Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers to confirm required work and associated costs
• Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey
