The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing H&S experience, knowledge of UK H&S legislation, and strong communication. NEBOSH certification or progress toward it is advantageous.

Qualifications

• COSHH awareness and chemical safety knowledge required.
• Ability to interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience completing COSHH and general risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain COSHH register and review SDS.
• Carry out COSHH and risk assessments and implement controls.
• Ensure correct storage, segregation and labelling of chemicals.
