Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Northampton is seeking a Production Operative to join the Corrugator Production Team on a 3-shift rotating pattern. The role focuses on operating machinery, maintaining safety and quality, and supporting continuous output improvements.

Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or equivalent), strong teams skills, and the ability to train across multiple areas. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.
