Job Description:

We are currently working with a top-tier offshore law firm seeking a corporate/transactional lawyer to join their knowledge function in Bermuda. This position offers a better work/life balance in a desirable location, ideal for current Knowledge Lawyers seeking a change or corporate fee-earners looking to diversify.

Duties and Responsibilities
