Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor with strong technology and AI focus to join as a Consultant Partner. This fully remote (UK) role offers autonomy to manage client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development within a supportive partner network.

You will leverage your existing practice to build a scalable, sustainable advisory service while enjoying flexible hours, PII cover, and admin and operational support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law with a focus on technology and AI.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial and able to grow own client following.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.

• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
