Job summary

Interpath Advisory seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory projects. You will own tax workstreams, manage client relationships, and guide junior team members in a fast-growing practice.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation, plus leadership and business-development capabilities to drive growth across restructuring and market-facing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills and ability to oversee multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax workstreams across restructurings, M&A, refinancing and reorganisations.
• Manage transaction tax assignments including due diligence and structuring.
• Advise on corporate reorganisations and refinancing projects.
• Support client relationships and act as trusted tax adviser.
• Oversee delivery of analyses, reports and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with restructuring, debt advisory and transaction services teams.
