You will work with a growing client base across private equity, owner-managed businesses, and multinational groups, contributing to tax strategy and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong UK corporate tax experience within professional services or tax advisory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting M&A, restructurings and transaction tax matters.

Responsabilités

• Support UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory across engagements.
• Assist with tax due diligence, structuring, and risk assessments for deals.
• Advise on reorganisations, restructurings, and refinancings.
• Support tax considerations in restructuring and insolvency processes.
• Deliver technical tax analyses, reports, and client-ready presentations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BD initiatives.
• Leverage AI/data tools to improve efficiency where possible.
