Job summary

Interpath Advisory in the UK seeks an Assistant Manager to support UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory. You will work across tax compliance, due diligence, structuring, and advisory work for owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, and private equity-backed entities, helping to grow a modern tax practice in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on real client impact, you will develop technical expertise, manage projects, mentor juniors, and leverage data tools to drive efficient

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA qualified, or equivalent
• Strong UK Corporate Tax experience within professional services or tax advisory
• Experience supporting transaction tax engagements including due diligence and M&A
• Strong understanding of UK corporation tax legislation and practical application
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborative approach in a growing team environment
• Experience with private equity-backed or multinational clients advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support UK corporate tax matters for a diverse client base
• Assist with transaction tax engagements including due diligence and structuring
• Advise on reorganisations, restructurings and refinancings
• Support tax compliance and advisory on corporate transactions
• Prepare technical tax analyses, reports and client-facing presentations
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and project delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
• Utilise AI/data tools to improve efficiency of research and drafting
• Contribute to cultural awareness and firm initiatives
