Job summary

Saffery in Manchester is offering a structured three years and three months training contract to qualify ACA/CTA, with full support and access to first-class tuition centres. You’ll gain on-the-job learning while your knowledge develops, taking on more complex work as you grow.

We welcome graduates or career changers with no prior experience; the programme includes mentorship, structured training, and exposure to a diverse client base across sectors.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree (any discipline) required.
• AAT Level 4 holders may receive exemptions; otherwise ACA/CTA syllabus required.
• GCSE/Standard level maths and English requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax returns, computations and other compliance filings for clients.
• Work with client data to support reporting, analysis and submissions.
• Use specialist software and systems to deliver high-quality tax work.
• Carry out technical research and advisory support for client projects.

Education

AAT Level 4 (exemptions may apply)
