We're working with one of Southampton's most reputable accountancy firms, known for its supportive culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to career development. They're looking for a Corporate Tax Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients

Liaise with HMRC and assist junior staff, ensuring high-quality work

Identify and address internal control weaknesses, providing actionable recommendations

Engage with clients' senior executives and update firm executives

Supervise project planning, execution, and finalisation

Prepare and review working papers, providing training and coaching

What You'll Be Doing

Leading client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice

Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work

Liaising with HMRC and senior client stakeholders

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client value

Getting involved in planning, execution, and finalisation of projects

What We're Looking For

ATT or CTA part-qualified or fully qualified

Strong corporate tax experience in practice

Confident communicator with a client-first mindset

Someone who enjoys mentoring and collaborative working
