Corporate Tax Senior Manager in a top 30 Accountancy Practice based in London! We are working closely with our client to further expand their increasingly growing corporation tax team who are looking for a Senior Manager to work on advisory projects and help bring in business.

The firm is an award-winning practice which has seen exponential levels of growth in recent times. Their London office is based within central London, close to the tube station.

Roles filter across numerous specialisms; however, those with an FS specialism are of particular interest!

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading or assisting partners in advisory projects and client engagements, as well as assisting the team with technical queries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Undertaking tax advisory projects related to corporate restructuring and demergers, share schemes and revaluations, due diligence reports, venture capital reliefs, and corporate and property acquisitions and disposals. The firm will provide training in areas where experience may be limited.
• Reviewing compliance jobs within your portfolio, assisting with CIR and loss utilisation.
• Managing a small portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Assisting partners with tax technical queries.
• Identifying tax-efficient opportunities for clients to seek out new business.
• Opportunities to develop team members through managerial roles, training sessions, and performance appraisals.

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive tax knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and junior staff to deliver high-quality service.

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Capability to undertake complex advisory projects.
• Deep tax expertise to maintain high standards for client work.
