We are representing a growing accountancy firm in search of a talented Corporate Tax Partner, or experienced Director to join their team. Due to the structure of the firm, they're considered heavy hitters for their size. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the firm's portfolio, making it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to step into a significant leadership position. You'll benefit from immediate access to a well-established portfolio, ensuring plenty of work from day one.

The successful individual will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and being part of key decision-making discussions, making this an ideal opportunity for a current Partner looking for a change, a junior Partner carving out their career path, or a senior Director aiming for their next challenge.

While a following is not required, experience in restructuring is a plus, along with expertise in corporate transactions, due diligence, and share service agreements. Additionally, the individual should be comfortable with business development.
