The Role

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll lead on a portfolio of ambitious clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services — always with a focus on impact, clarity, and adding value. You’ll be the go-to tax contact, building trusted relationships while also supporting senior leaders on more complex engagements.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, with responsibility for reviews, tax disclosures, and client relationships
• Signing off tax returns for complex clients, operating independently with confidence
• Advising on a wide range of corporate tax matters — including restructuring, planning, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal teams (audit, advisory, etc.) to deliver a seamless client experience
• Supporting on HMRC investigations and managing any disputes with ease
• Spotting opportunities for cross-service collaboration and business growth
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members, helping them thrive in their careers
• Contributing to operational improvements and fresh ways of working across the team
