You will work within a team and manage junior staff to achieve organizational goals. You should have experience advising clients on tax-related matters to maximize tax efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• AAT/CTA qualification (or other relevant qualifications)
• Experience in managerial positions within practice firms
• A proven track record of winning new clients
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience managing and coaching junior staff
• Experience marketing your firm to potential clients
