This Top 15 firm is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding Colchester-based office, where there is genuine excitement about the progression on offer and the growth of the team in Colchester.

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will:

1. Develop and manage the tax relationship of your clients, including family businesses, owner-managed businesses, and larger or more complex UK and international groups.
2. Manage and oversee the corporate tax compliance cycle for your client portfolio.
3. Lead work and be actively involved in advisory projects for clients.
4. Take primary responsibility for financial performance on your client and project work.
5. Handle billing responsibilities for all tax work on your client portfolio.
6. Consider and manage risks in all client interactions.
7. Demonstrate personal commitment and a positive attitude towards work and team success, taking initiative for improvements.
8. Provide and be receptive to regular, constructive feedback to improve yourself and others.
9. Coach team members by sharing experience and knowledge.
10. Provide on-the-job training for developing colleagues.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will need:
