Job summary

The International Law Firm seeks an Associate or Senior Associate with experience in transactional and/or advisory corporate tax, offering genuine balance between high-end transactional work and substantive standalone advisory mandates.

You will advise UK and international businesses across M&A, private equity, real estate, fund structuring, reorganisations and cross-border matters, with exposure to technology, financial services, the built environment, energy transition, and life sciences.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional and/or advisory corporate tax.
• Strong grounding in UK and international tax rules.
• Real estate and transactional tax experience would be especially relevant.

• Provide corporate tax advisory and transactional tax work for UK and international clients.

We are working with an international law firm whose corporate tax practice has built a strong reputation around complex, commercially driven tax advice. The team advises UK and international businesses, funds and investors across M&A, private equity, real estate, fund structuring, reorganisations and cross-border matters, rather than operating purely as a deal-support function.

A major differentiator is the breadth of the platform around the tax team. You will work closely with established private equity, funds, corporate, real estate, projects and finance practices, with particular exposure to clients operating across technology, financial services, the built environment, energy transition and life sciences.

The firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with experience in transactional and/or advisory corporate tax and a strong grounding in UK and international tax rules. Broad tax lawyers are encouraged to apply, as are candidates who have developed deeper expertise in a particular area; real estate and transactional tax experience would be especially relevant.
