Senior Associate - Corporate Tax - 5+ PQE

An outstanding senior-level opportunity within the London Tax practice of an internationally recognised firm with significant strength across private capital, energy, infrastructure and financial services.

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join a growing, highly collegiate team advising sophisticated investors, global businesses and financial sponsors on complex corporate and investment structures.

The practice

The team's work spans an exciting combination of transactional and advisory tax, with a particular focus on the deployment of private capital across international markets.

You will be advising on sophisticated investment arrangements, private equity transactions, joint ventures and the structuring of investment platforms, particularly across real estate and infrastructure.

The breadth of the practice also encompasses venture capital, private credit, investment funds and secondary transactions, presenting an excellent opportunity to develop a highly specialised and commercially valuable practice.
